I provide bespoke training that is highly participatory and fun but also includes the sharing of leading-edge theory and best practice to create the optimum learning experience. I have run around 400 workshops with over 5,000 participants.

I coach and mentor individuals (face-to-face or remotely via phone and Skype).

I perform capacity reviews and capacity building plans, looking at all the factors that impact on effectiveness, such as ways of working, structure and systems as well as individual knowledge and skills. I also undertake individual training needs assessments and help develop personalised learning plans for your staff.
